Process Optimisation
Our procedures for process optimation ensures optimum product quality, optimum process stability and consistent repeatable processes.
For optimising injection molding process we use modern process optimisation software e.g. Pro-Op and STASA QC.
Furthermore, modern statistical tools as DoE, worst case scenario and capability analysis are used to identify and verify the design space (process window).
