Metrology
We offer verification of geometric product specifications in our laboratories, which are equipped with a full range of measuring equipment, including DeMeet and Zeiss measuring machines. This also enables us to design and verify measuring fixtures for our processes, which gives us a high degree of flexibility.
We employ engineers who define the measuring methods and control parameters, and verify the processes reliability and consistency. We perform in-process measurement systems analysis (MSA).
Hence, we evaluate the,measuring instruments, and the entire process of obtaining measurements, and here through we ensure the integrity of data used for analysis, identify and hereby avoid eventually errors for decisions made about a product or process.
We work actively with statistical process control (SPC) as the basis for approval in our process validation and in our day-to-day production. We use Q-DAS software packages for the statistical evaluation of measuring results, quality information as well as for the assessment of processes.
